A plumber ($75–$200/hour) handles isolated fixture and pipe work: replacing a toilet ($150–$400 installed), fixing a leaky faucet ($100–$250), unclogging drains ($100–$300), replacing a shower valve ($200–$500), installing a new sink or vanity on existing supply/drain lines ($200–$500 labor), repairing a leaking shower pan ($300–$800), or replacing a water heater that serves the bathroom ($800–$2,000). These are targeted fixes where the surrounding tile, walls, and floor stay intact.
