Why Torrevieja homes get this: Many apartments in Torrevieja's large residential complexes have electrical panels rated for 2.3 kW that cannot accommodate modern appliance loads or air conditioning systems without upgrade. Spanish REBT compliance requires a registered instalador autorizado for all work exceeding minor repairs. The high proportion of absent owners means electrical maintenance is often deferred until a problem forces action.
