Why Alicante homes get this: Older apartment blocks — the dominant housing type — frequently have undersized main service panels that cannot accommodate modern multi-appliance loads and EV chargers. Spanish REBT requires boletines eléctricos for all installations signed by a registered instalador autorizado. Many buildings still have outdated aluminum wiring in communal areas from 1970s–1980s construction.
