Why Benidorm homes get this: Benidorm's tower stock concentrates demand on shared high-rise electrical infrastructure — risers, lift power, and common-area systems — that requires specialist crews. Many older towers carry wiring below current REBT standards, and the seasonal occupancy surge stresses circuits; GVA boletines are required after installation work.

By national ratios Benidorm supports about 190 full-time electrician pros — enough for a real local trade with specialists, not just generalists. That is smaller than most Spain cities we cover. Ownership is split — 56 % owner-occupied — so a typical week mixes homeowners with landlords and property managers who buy in volume. The housing stock is old for the country, which pushes repair and replacement demand above the national average.
